Affordable Australian Art

So there is an exciting opportunity on Etsy – it’s all very hush hush at the moment but there will be events in three major Australian cities to showcase the art on Etsy. I’ve entered the A3 size Limited Edition print of “Galvanic” .

Fingers crossed as I think they will be shown in shopping centres on large posters as it has to be able to be printed out at 1.4 meters by 1 meter.

So after submitting my entry I saw there was their affordable art picks in which I saw my A3 Limited Edition print of “insouciant”!

Animal Impressions Art Exhibition 2015

I am very excited to be involved in the upcoming Animal Impressions Fundraising Art Exhibition created by Keep Talking.

The age old – ‘don’t do anything for free’ is a little worrying as I had to donate a piece of art with all profits going to this years recipient Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.  The allure of exposure is hard to deny though.

It will be interesting to see :

A. If my painting sells
B. If I get extra website traffic due to being advertised
C. Get any custom order requests after the event.

The Event is on June 27th at the very fancy 5 star Hotel Grand Hyatt Melbourne.

Have you ever been involved with fundraising art exhibitions as a buyer or artist? I would love to hear your experiences 🙂
