Returns Policy

 Victoria FitzGerald (vfitzartist) accepts returns for damaged items within 30 of purchase.

While I hope you love the art from the listed pictures I am happy to discuss any aspects you are not happy with.

I truly want you to receive a special and unique piece of art that your are happy with but I do not accept returns based on change of mind. Please contact me with any questions you have before purchasing!

To initiate a return, please email me and include the following information:

·      Your name

·      The title of the piece

·      The date of purchase

·      The purchase price (Please include a screenshot or phot of the receipt if possible)

·      The reason for requesting a return

·      If the art arrive damage please include a photo of the damage

Please return it in the original packaging if possible, shipping will be at the buyers expense.
Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I will package your artwork carefully and with enough protection but there are always exceptions. If your parcel arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with pictures so I can lodge a claim with the postal service.
Although if the piece is an original and severely damaged we can discuss a replacement or refund.
